The staff receives high marks for being friendly, helpful, and welcoming, with several guests noting exceptional service. Many reviews mention comfortable beds and clean rooms, contributing to a restful stay. However, some guests found the rooms to be small, and a few experienced issues with plumbing, air conditioning, or lack of amenities like kettles. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, especially for those prioritizing location and service.

Robyn, Jun 2018
Pros (+) Clean and comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Helpful when our air conditioning broke. They gave us a different room.
Cons (-) The bed is against the wall which is difficult if there are two of you -- you have to crawl over your partner to get out. Also, there is no privacy the way the bathroom is set up. It is a pod with the toilet in the middle of the room and the sink in the main room. This room would work for one person, but it is a bit tight and personal for two.
