Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to public transport, attractions, and quiet neighborhoods. The rooms were frequently described as spacious, clean, and comfortable, with several guests highlighting the quality of the beds and modern bathrooms. However, there were repeated complaints about the rudeness and lack of warmth from the reception and front desk staff. Some guests also mentioned noise issues, basic facilities, and occasional maintenance problems. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression was positive, especially regarding location, room size, cleanliness, and bed comfort.

Wonderful

Pros (+) I got a very good deal for a one night stay from Kayak. Having never stayed here before I was very happy. The room was large with a double and a single (we only needed a single). There was also a sofa...
Cons (-) The room was a bit cold at night and the heating was too noisy to use. The shower took a good few minutes to get warm.
