Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for travel and local attractions. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, contributing positively to their stay. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning issues such as dust, stains, and general wear and tear. Overall, while the location and service stood out as highlights, improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.
