We were treated as if we were princesses! Amazingly high standard of service. We also stayed in the Club where the service was equally impeccable.
I thought for 10 minutes now, but nothing came up.
Comfy bed, nice bathroom. Lovely staff.
It’s a lovely hotel and everything you’d expect from a Langham property. However I’d booked a deluxe room and was put in one on the first floor. It was a Saturday night and the whole night I could feel and hear the underground below. At its peak, trains were going past every 3 minutes! I may expect this from a basic room at a Holiday Inn but not a deluxe room at the Langham. I got basically no sleep on the first night which is unacceptable for that price point. I was moved to a new room on the next night but the room was smaller and not refurbished which was a shame. They did their best to move me which was appreciated albeit inconvenient. I just don’t think the original room I stayed in should be considered a deluxe room with the noise issues.
The staff were excellent, lovely and friendly and informative
It was perfect
The quality of the hotel is exceptional - and the staff are wonderful.
Sadly, I was given the room requested which was a let down.
Bed wasn’t comfortable and at check out they added order to the room that I didn’t ask for
