I couldn’t even stay here, was a filthy place. There were stains on the curtains, rugs, walls, even the headboards. Garbage was in the bins and hair on the horribly rough sheets. A dirty, old portable air conditioned roared in the corner and the furniture was chipped and covered in scratches. I immediately left - this is by no means whatsoever a 4 star hotel and it should not be advertised as such.
Location friendly personable staff
Staff very personable working against stiff odds. Service delivered as promised and staff is helpful proactive and gracious
Service quality hobbled by petty, small mean spirited ownership. Small Isssues depreciates the value of this potentially great boutique and is reflected in how service is organized. As an example Breakfast value is cheap & not value for money. This is a good case of an absentee owner wanting to Maximize every cent results in destroying value
Nice athmosphere; breakfast at hotel room
Single windows at hotel room so that trafic noice was heard from the street at day time
Lovely civilized atmosphere. Quiet yet central. Wonderful stuff. Nice Decor.
What was described as "petite double room" turned out to be a cell unfitted for even a single guest. Literally no room to even stand. I was moved to a bigger room. Too expensive for a 4 *.
Comfortable boutique style.Very friendly staff, attentive. Liked the fact you didn't have to pay for Wifi access
Nothing. All satisfactory
Charming hotel with very friendly staff doing their outmost to give excellent service.
Staff were very helpful, location was excellent and my room was nice and quiet.
Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be nice.
The view from the balcony
no tea or coffee making facilities very expensive for what it was
anything that i asked for,was dealt with very quickly
The service was a disaster, as the price for most London hotels, very bad value for money
Homely feel. Great service.
Lack of facilities such as Gym, Pool, Restaurant
Well appointed and relatively quiet.
Room was a touch small for 2 people.
