Pros:The location was perfect for us. It was a one minute walk to the Warwick Tube Station. . The hotel is located in a residential area and there was little street noise at night. They do have a restaurant in the basement which had a glass ceiling so it is bright and cheery. The hotel décor was charming and Victorian. My room had a sunken bedroom with two chairs and a good sized bathroom. We did high-tea at the hotel which was the best price we could find anywhere. There is a small shopping area with a pub and a wonderful Italian restaurant, Raoul's, three blocks away and then around the corner from the hotel was an amazing bakery that had the best almond croissants in the world. Yes, even better than Paris!! The staff was helpful and enthusiastic I would recommend this hotel because of the location and the delightful staff.
Cons:The walls are thin and so you do hear your neighbors. My room was next to the elevator so it was noisy until about 11:30pm each night. The mattress was thin and uncomfortable.
