Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to public transport and city attractions. However, there are widespread complaints about poor service, cleanliness issues, disappointing breakfast, and small or uncomfortable rooms. Some guests also experienced maintenance problems and a lack of amenities, while a few positive reviews highlight helpful staff and comfortable beds. Cons (-) Not the same old splendid hotel that I once knew. Rooms are starting to show the age. Staff disorganised.
