The staff were super accommodating and lovely The rooms were well appointed and comfortable The service was fantastic The foyer is beautiful
The heating/air doesn’t work fantastic The hallways with low ceilings / different levels of the floor to get to the rooms from the elevator are not great if you have lots of luggage or are talk like me
The atmosphere of the hotel
Bathroom was really tiny
Great location in central London easy for commute from airport. Helpful staff who allowed check in early which was great.
The room was nice and quite big I had asked for a bath and that was provided which was good but there was no plug so I had to ring the reception for this The pillows were hard but other than that is was ok.
Breakfast was a basic hotel breakfast. Hotel in a great location directly across from the Gloucester Road Station. Checked into what they said was a king room. We had booked a classic double which was barely a double. We thought it would be at least a queen. They moved us after the first night to a suite with a king bed that we paid extra for. It definitely was much more comfortable. Bathroom was better in the suite as the bathroom in the classic double was very small. The people in reception were very good.
Once we changed rooms, it was great. Perfect location!!
