Extremely clean. Superior quality bed. Very helpful, friendly and professional staff. Innovative space saving features in the room. Good modern lighting. Generous provision of tea, coffee and biscuits. Quiet room with good air-con. Excellent location.
There wasn't anything wrong
Location to get to work.
I looked at the reviews and pictures on booking.com before booking for 2 staff members to stay there ready for work as the pictures looked great. We received a call after one nights stay to say that they wouldn’t stay for the second night as the rooms were filthy and could we source them somewhere else to stay. I had called and paid £456 to the hotel directly ahead of their stay and so when I emailed (as I couldn’t get hold of anyone by phone) to request a refund, they refused and said we should have asked to be moved to a different room. Complete waste of money.
Very clean and well positioned Very good value for money Would very much stay again
No extra facilities or breakfast - but for the centre of London wasn’t really necessary- was great value for money

They are currently refurbshing the hotel.
