Pros (+) The club lounge staff were excellent and very friendly. The location of the hotel was close to everything.
Cons (-) The taxi service was very limited due to road work. The hotel seemed to be understaffed. We requested a late check out and were given a 2:00pm checkout only to be called twice and had housekeeping come into the room while I was getting in the shower . They let us know that their next guests had already arrived and were waiting for the room. Our stay included airport transfers and we had given them...

Cons (-) Reception tried to upsell us to a better view! Breakfast was £20 per person! So easy to eat for much less on the town. Room was hot without a decent temp control option. Will stay elsewhere next time.
