Ex Rocker Hotel Hideaway Rather Exhausted
Lack of facilities, no common work lounge area not counting sad empty bar on roof that could only be cute in hot weather. Doors always left open there to 1 degree weather makes it useless. Terrible restaurant, 2 star not 5. Dated decor dangerous twig decor to poke an eye out on. Front desk staff with marked lack of skill set to serve the public, always empty except for he few at breakfast. We arrived and checked in greeted by an indifferent individual who wouldn’t get off her phone call to greet us. She passed us a paper to sign in. Then she told us she was on a telephone solicitations call she didn’t know how to say no to! Well how about you get off and serve your clients as this is a 5 star hotel? Self appointed 5 star as far as I can tell. Front desk mostly un manned and anyone could walk in. I was never asked if I was a guest and the staff were never the same people. Ridiculous. Glory days are gone.
Location is just perfect, clean room
The room is far too small for its price. Breakfast is poor.
This little jewel of a hotel is Soho chic. I can't say enough good things about it! It is perfectly located, priced under similar hotels, small enough to be personal but large enough to have a really exceptional restaurant and rooftop bar that appeared to have a London insider following. I say it is the best kept secret in London & would recommend it to anyone!
Great location. Good service. Brilliant rooftop bar.
I liked the rooftop bar. The friendliness of staff. and the champagne cocktails.
Bar drinks highly expensive in hotel....noise form entertainment area above our room was too much for our liking with chairs being dragged across the floors at late hours
