booked a single room for 2 nites. value for money i thought it was very poor.
The location of this hotel was perfect for easy access to many landmark sights
Although the rooms were clean the hotel was very shabby and in need of refurbishment. The rooms were very warm and the temperature could not be controlled
Even though they had my credit card details, you still need to leave a 20pound cash deposit for the basic hotel service of the heating/air con remote control, plus another 20pound cash deposit for the TV remote. Internet connection is only from breakfast room and not available from the bedrooms.
The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful. For a family of 4, the price could not have been better and it included a hot breakfast. Our room was clean and very modern. Upon check out, we were told that we could return to the hotel after sightseeing to use the facilities and have a cup of coffee or tea before our journey home. We will stay at this hotel again for our next family trip to London. The hotel was also close to the tube..great location with lots of places to eat close by.
Great value for the money. Staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were remodeled so everything was clean and new.
I did not like that I had to put a deposit for the TV remote.
A great hotel, very calm, near the tube, in one of the beautiful place of London, Earl's Court .All has been perfect, the staff very nice.
It was a place to stay
Room size & door to onsuite broken and could not be closed Bathroom window could not be opened
Close to Earls Court
Worn out hotel
extremely hot rooms with no possibility to lower the temperature.
Bed linen clean. Staff friendly. Shower water pressure adequate and hot water available throughout stay. Reception available 24 hours. Value was okay for the charge levied
Hotel decor etc very tired and in need of updating. Room very small and the wardrobe door could not be adequately opened due to its proximity to the bed and the overall size of the room. Only 3 hangers in the wardrobe although extra hangers were readily supplied on request. Could not sit properly on the toilet due to its close proximity to the bath. Coffee making facilities not in bedroom but located downstairs in the dining room which was inconvenient. TV very small.
