terrible people there staff have bad treated, no pay for people work there and people work terrible , stolen of stuff of guest stay, staff have few good people, and men there terrible and have no educated
this place dirty and cheated guest, no internet, no toilets or facilities like they said on the booking
The bathrooms and bedrooms stunk of stale body odor and the reception staff had no idea what they were doing. You’re asked to give a £10 deposit for the card key but upon check out, oddly enough they didn’t have the cash to return my deposit. I had to figure out a solution on behalf of the staff. Staying at this hostel will require a strong tolerance for foul smells and a lot of patience.
Nothing - the worst and most dangerous place I have ever stayed in.
My advice to anyone thinking of booking this place is to give it a wide berth. Over the years I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, hostels, etc and this is by far the worst - I would go so far as to say this is a dangerous place to stay. In fact, I would go so far as to say this place should be closed down immediately. Place is filthy, mice and all sorts of creepy crawlies in the kitchen area - I was surprised there were no rats!!!. Mould everywhere. No heating in the bedrooms - it was freezing. There seems to be lots of long-term stays here and all seem to have serious mental health issues - it was clear from my observations that most are a danger to themselves and others staying there. From what I have seen, the best thing is for the Local Authority to close this place immediately.
This hostel was the grubbiest, least well cleaned or maintained place I have ever stayed. Staff were largely uninterested.
They took £10 deposit for card to the room and told me that they'll transfer me money since they had no cash. Still waiting for my money, highly disappointed.
