Great hotel directly across the street from Hyde Park and a 1 minute walk to the Queensway Tube Station. And there is a DLR station 5 minutes walk from the hotel as well. This made it very convenient to get from/return to the airport. The room was very well appointed and the bed was also very comfortable.

Pros (+) Right across from Hyde Park, and steps away from two subway stations. The main street next to the hotel had shops and restaurants and was an excellent place to go for dinner, supplies etc. The staff was very friendly and professional and was very attentive and helpful when issues arose. This hotel is on my list of places to stay again when in London
Cons (-) The hotel is an older structure with the expected quirks associated to the room sizes, arrangements etc. I was on a business/pleasure trip and found it somewhat awkward to work in the room. The wifi connection was hit or miss and there were no real meeting area to go to work with colleagues.

Pros (+) Location is great, close to tube station and to many restaurants. Hotel is clean, staff is very nice, restaurant inside hotel is great.
Cons (-) Room a bit small, phonic insulation is not that great, Wi-Fi did not have coverage in the room, disconnecting frequently.

Pros (+) Location was great!
Cons (-) My room was very small over looking the AC units on the roof but I was on the 1st floor. Bathroom was also very small. I wouldn't choose to stay more then one night unless they have bigger rooms
