Location, location, location
Right across from Hyde Park, and steps away from two subway stations. The main street next to the hotel had shops and restaurants and was an excellent place to go for dinner, supplies etc. The staff was very friendly and professional and was very attentive and helpful when issues arose. This hotel is on my list of places to stay again when in London
The hotel is an older structure with the expected quirks associated to the room sizes, arrangements etc. I was on a business/pleasure trip and found it somewhat awkward to work in the room. The wifi connection was hit or miss and there were no real meeting area to go to work with colleagues.
This hotel does not have a fitness center and does not have access to one, so be prepared to run through Hyde Park.
Location is great, close to tube station and to many restaurants. Hotel is clean, staff is very nice, restaurant inside hotel is great.
Room a bit small, phonic insulation is not that great, Wi-Fi did not have coverage in the room, disconnecting frequently.
Location was great!
My room was very small over looking the AC units on the roof but I was on the 1st floor. Bathroom was also very small. I wouldn't choose to stay more then one night unless they have bigger rooms
The location was perfect for me. Two tube stops very close accessing the Circle, District, and Central lines. Ten minutes walk to Kensington Palace; both Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are across the road. There are many ethnic restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Nice Shopping Center 10 minutes walk. Very good ice cream shop next door!
Nothing
The staff was very friendly. I arrived around 11:30 and my room was ready. The room was small by American standards, but expected size for London. It was well appointed with nice linens and a lovely bathroom.
The window faced an interior roof space, and not Hyde Park, but this is pretty minor in the scheme of things.
