Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel’s excellent location, making it convenient for exploring London and accessing public transport. The service, especially from the host, was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming. However, many reviewers noted that the bathrooms were very small and sometimes uncomfortable, with some mentioning issues like poor heating or outdated facilities. Cleanliness and room comfort received generally positive remarks, but the bathroom size and setup were a consistent drawback. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but the bathrooms may not suit everyone.
