By mistake they moved my stuff to a different room but the front dest were very professional on handling this incident.
The location was great , given my itinerary. The staff are warm and inviting. The restaurant food offer was wonderful and the variety of foods worked very well.
The housekeeping was abit slow in cleaning up the rooms. The room cleanliness levels were slightly below standard .
Great location, pleasant staff
Though rooms are very clean they were a little tired which spoilt the experience a little. Also could do with a central staircase for those that don’t like lifts!
The baby cot is a really old travel cot. It’s extremely uncomfortable for the baby, and even though the staff tried to be helpful and improve the cot there wasn’t much that could be done. My baby wasn’t able to sleep in the cot.
The room was very clean and check was quick and polite. The room was decorated nicely and overall really had a nice feel to it.
The bed was quite hard and there was a wedding party from a neighbouring venue causing some noise during the night, however it didn’t keep us up. The makeup mirror in the bathroom was also unusable due to its position behind the sink without an extending arm. Some features of the room were dated such as the air conditioning/heating and the telephone however this didn’t effect their functionality. There was only one plug next to one side of the bed which was also situated quite far along the wall.
