Friendly greet on arrival, very helpful. Location was excellent surrounded by places to eat / shops and easy access to transport routes.
Very helpful and friendly staff, very clean and comfortable beds. Were upgraded for free due to room issues. Maria was exceptionally kind and sympathetic.
Hot water ran out, air conditioning came on repeatedly in the night, waking ourselves and other guests up, vending machines were empty, room was very cold for a while and air conditioning then wouldn’t turn off. It is worth noting that in the grand scheme of things (the current Cov.19 outbreak) these are all very minor issues, but they did detract from the stay.v
Location, very clean and staff very very friendly indeed.
Close to restaurants/nightlife and shops. Easy to get to and good location
Having the club room with a real fresh coffee machine available all the time was a real bonus. Loved the cappuccino. The location is wonderful and all the staff were great. There are lots of options for food nearby from breakfast to dinner
The coffee machine should be thoroughly cleaned every morning rather than just topping up the milk.
