Good location, cleanliness sub-par
Staff was friendly, restaurant was okay, but location is the prime positive factor here.
Bed had someone else’s hair in it, sink had ants, room was in a weird location. Cleanliness left me feeling not relaxed or comfortable.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They took pity on a weary, soggy traveler and let me check in ahead of time.

The location is great, the area seems to be a nice one and is close to a lot of metro stations.
Everything, the hotel seems nice at first, but when it came to getting the room, we were given a room near the reception with an attitude of take it or leave it. The staff speak very poor English and sometimes it's hard to understand them. One the first morning we didn't have any hot water in the room, and when i complained, i got a manager that was explaining to me how the water is heated and how to open a tap, which i considered insulting. The night after that, they opened the door from the hallway of the room to the reception and i could hear everything in the reception, people talking, music playing, printers printing just like it was in the room and this was after mid-night. When i complained,it was again not their fault but the guests

Gap under door meant corridor noise came in and also facing road so cars were easily heard - noisy room. Fine for a one night stay though.
Having read some reviews prior to arriving, I was expecting a very small room and unhelpful staff. How wrong can you be, the room was a good size to accommodate 3 women, extremely clean. The staff were more than helpful. We didn't use the facilities as it was purely used just to sleep, however I would certainly use it again.
