Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's convenient location near public transport, shops, and restaurants. However, the majority of reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues in both rooms and bathrooms, with repeated mentions of dirt, mold, and even bedbugs. Many guests found the bathrooms particularly unsanitary, and several reported maintenance problems such as broken appliances and poor hygiene. While a few guests appreciated comfortable beds or helpful staff, the negative aspects, especially related to cleanliness and bathroom conditions, dominated the feedback.
