Beautiful place in a great location. The hotel was very warm, welcoming and full of elegance and lovely attention to detail. Staff were so friendly.
Nothing, the place was stunning
All the staff were amazing, especially Chris and Victor. Room 7 was a little gem!
Classy small boutique hotel in a wonderful location. Our room was very large by London standards. As it was on the lower ground floor below street level and opening onto a small courtyard, it was exceptionally quiet. The hotel entrance hall and small lobby lounge are very welcoming and beautifully furnished. All staff were courteous, professional and helpful. Linen of excellent quality, bathroom fittings of a high standard, extras like the kettle and Nespresso machine with daily replacement of coffee pods were appreciated.
The very comfy bed was fitted with a doona but no separate top sheet. We find this is the case in most hotels in Europe. Do others run the aircon all night to make the room cool enough to require a doona? In other hotels we often strip the cover off doonas and just use the cover as a light top sheet. After our request a spare doona cover was quickly provided. And wisely the housekeeping staff simply folded it back in place each day.
Clean, modern and close to RAH
Newly fitted out bathroom, that had the opportunity to creat more space, with a couple of shelves and a slightly bigger shower it would have been perfect
Lovely house decorated to a high standard. A relaxed, luxurious stay. Good location, easy to walk everywhere. Friendly staff.
Breakfast was a bit expensive. So we decided to eat out.
