Summary of reviews

Guests say
Reviews reveal mixed experiences. While some guests appreciated the friendliness of certain staff members, the convenient location, and small amenities like snacks and drinks, many reported issues with service, including rude or unhelpful staff, misleading advertising, and communication problems. Cleanliness was generally acceptable but not outstanding. Breakfast was frequently criticized for being sparse or not matching expectations. Several guests found the rooms small, dark, or lacking windows, and some felt the area was unsafe or inconvenient. Overall, positives were outweighed by recurring service and facility issues.
