Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff as well as the convenient location. However, there were widespread complaints about poor cleanliness, with many describing the rooms and facilities as dirty or poorly maintained. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable, and there were mixed opinions about the breakfast, which was described as basic or not as advertised. Overall, while the service and location were highlights, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and comfort.
