Pros (+) Majority of staff very polite and helpful good food and good sized room. The hotel is in pleasant surroundings although interior and exterior need updating and a decent decorator
Cons (-) On arrival our room was not ready even though we arrived at the correct time, the girl on reception was apologetic and tried to find a solution as by now there were five different parties waiting to check in, the manager walked through reception and his response was , well if theyre (the rooms) are not ready then they’re not ready’ and walked off. they did open the bar for us but not even an offer...
