Just a short walk to the hop-on hop-off buses, and also to several restaurants for evening meals
Comfortable bed Glutenfree bread was available by request.
Missing sockets in the room, was not able to charge phones by the bed. The carpet was a bit old fashioned...
Well, Miguel's hospitality, he is very helpful and a great host. Appreciate it. The breakfast spread is good.
The uncalled for rude attitude of stewardess at the restaurant on ground floor. She seemed just too angry and upset with things and it wasn't really a pleasant experience struggling to get someone's attention to explain the menu or even something as basic as increasing the cooling of seating area. I had highlighted this to front office manager on duty on 23rd Sep, 2019. Am assuming some corrective actions must have been taken. Overall a pleasant experience, good hotel, good break fast and very hospitable front office staff (especially Miguel). But then, such uncalled for behavior made the last day lunch experience pretty bad, this hotel certainly needs English speaking F&B staff.
Well located property close to the city center and the department store El Corte Ingles Lisbon, in a green and quite environment. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good. Special thanks to the Real Experience Manager who sent me a bottle of Champaign and cake for my birthday! We will definitely return to Lisbon and to Real Parque Hotel.
The safe lock was missing in our room. We did not request for replacement. However, the environment was safe and the city as well and we did not felt the need of a safe.
Breakout was good and lot of options available. Staff was really helpful. Cleanliness was super.
Same breakfast repeating everyday. AC was not so strong (so, little suffocating in the room and warm)
