The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in the center of Lisbon, and the business district. Parking was difficult, but the staff happily assisted us with parking by the hotel, and driving directions. The room had a glass sliding door to a small balcony. It was pleasant to leave the door open for a fresh breeze in the night. Breakfast was included with room price, and offered great coffee, and abundant assortment of breakfast items. It was convenient because it was all set up early to accommodate guests who had an early checkout to catch a flight.
The bed was small for a double, and the mattress quality could be improved. The size of the room and bathroom was functional, but very small. A lot of furniture was in a small space, and door to bathroom could not be opened fully.
The size and comfort of the hotel room was very good. We were able to stay with 2 small children in one room witout any problems.
The breakfast was not the most memorable one.
The location of the hotel is very good for access to city centre and to public transport.
The desk staff are not helpful at all. The breakfast selection of food is very small During our stay the chember maid left the window open, as a result the room was ful of mosquitos on our return that evening. The desk staff would not do anything about this on being told about it and made no apologies about it. If the hotel staff/company just tried a bit more it would be a much more pleasant place to stay in.
A realy dirty hotel with the cockroaches in the canteen
the stuff
the location and the room
Helpful staff and good location
Friendly staff, very willing to help.
The hotel is old and not well maintained. The room was too small to accommodate two people. There were holes on the walls and bugs (cockroaches!) coming out of them. The carpet had clearly not being cleaned. It was very hot during the night and we could not use the air conditioning out of fear of insects and bugs coming through it. Overall, a terrible hotel experience, but we were compensated by being allowed to leave the next morning without paying anything, even though the reservation was for two days.
excellent location
poor breakfast and extremly boring to eat it if you stay for a week, tv too small jand high up on the wall uncomfortable to watch
excellent location, close to the metro.
poor and boring breakfast
Good location - near to old town. Good breakfast.
Dirty carpets. TV was out of order.
Some members of the staff were friendly and ready to help. This should be standard for this kind of job, not rarity.
For one day, there was some problems with water pipes. I do not blame the staff with that but they should have informed us. Fortunately the problem was solved quickly.
