Very nice location, close to the city center and the metro stop, but at the same time in a more quiet area. Plenty of shops, bars cafes near by. Rooms basic but clean and comfortable. Very nice reception lady.

Pretty basic and kinda outdated, but however clean and good value for money.

I enjoyed my stay at Perola da Baixa. With a comfortable bed, a bathroom of my own and WiFi I got everything I need. You should be prepared to climb stairs, as there is no elevator. Not everyone in this place speaks English, but a smartphone translator will help. Anyone complaining about this place should consider how insanely cheap it is. If you want a presidential suite, then you would have to pay for it, there are plenty of hotels of any kind in Lisbon.

The staff were friendly and helpful. the room and bathroom were comfortable and clean.

Expect a bit of noise from people that are staying there as well and do not care what time it is when they come or go.

The location is great. Close to everything you would like to see, just 2 minutes from the metro station. I was pleased for the money I payed.

The water was hard to sync between hot and cold. The walls are thick, only during the evening it could be a problem. We weren't bothered by the noise.

Blankets could have been better/fresher. Although we used them only once, because of the weather, it is еру only part of the room amenities which we did not like.

Simple room, very clean, located in super central spot. Very close to means of transport and to beautiful Bairro Alto. Fair price, staff helpful and very kind, I would stay again and recommend it.
