The system was down, so I didn't get checked in and get a key. No hairdryer in the bathroom. No extra blankets. The TV didn't work, no signal available and the remote didn't have batteries. very little to purchase downstairs for snacks. I needed a hotel room as my flight was cancelled until the following morning. less than ideal situation but the hotel room was far from adequate.

Pros (+) I think this was the best hotel I've ever had based on my budget. It was a beautiful large space with lots of natural light, a partitioned bathroom on the backside of bedroom. The best part was the extraordinary view. If you look directly out the window from the bed all you see are trees. I'm at a Westin now. Surprisingly there aren't any outlets in the bathroom, and I couldn't get online for a da...

Pros (+) The Aloft BWI is filthy. My room had a 6 inch glob of hair on the bathroom floor, significant mold on bathroom floor, large hole patches on the walls, pea size particles on shower glass door 6 x 6 area of carpet near AC unit soaking wet, substance residue on night stand and terrible smell.

Pros (+) Location is very convenient. Easy access to Rt 295 and the airport.
Cons (-) They might just fixed paints in the room and there were stains of paints everywhere: on the carpet, desk, shelf, etc. The elevator door does not open/close properly and I almost got locked in once. The AC was set to cool when I entered the room and it was almost Christmas!

Pros (+) The staff was amazing, Tamera, Jamal, Gladys, Cliff and last but certainly not least Niya! They were so amazing I'd take a trip from Phoenix to Baltimore JUST to see them. They truly are the definition of hospitality
Cons (-) My only concern was it took almost 2wks to receive my incidentals deposit back. But that's attributed to processing times through financial institutions.

Cons (-) Facility is quite old $ tired. Various things were missing or didn't work. Location is isolated, not close to many restaurants or shops. Staff did all they could to make up for facility shortcomings.

Pros (+) Check in was easy, no hassle. The room was nice, what you would expect for the price.
Cons (-) The bartender was rude. No knowledgeable in the basics of bartending. No continental breakfast. Had to pay $3 for a basic razor
