When we arrived the property was not well maintained. Overgrown gras weeds and bush at the entrance from Bond St. Entering the lobby the glass was extremely dirty. And right outside the main entrance was a grill with trash all around the area. After we checked in we went to the room. We could not open the mini fridge because of the ice buildup inside.
