Room was comfortable. The man at the front desk who checked us in , Simon was amazing. Friendly courteous and went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well.
Greeted, at midnight, by a very friendly, knowledgable man. Everything went well.
The coffee in the lobby tasted like kerosene. We had to pour it out as soon as we went to our room.
Cleanliness and very nice

Location Was very close to the hospital where I was having a procedure.
My room was dirty. I had to leave my room after settling in so it could be cleaned. Very disappointed.
The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the amenities were good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle service is a nice perk and will help me out quite a bit this morning. That is it.
The WiFi was slow, constantly disconnecting and was unsecured. The air conditioning was extremely weak and took forever to cool the room down. I woke up in the middle of the night in a sweat because the room was just too hot.
