It is cheap and close to the university and the city centre
I am aware this is not a very expensive room, but there are still things that could be done better: 1) breakfast was a disaster: there was a box with plastic wrapped industrial stuff (croissant, a tart, nutella, not even butter) On the firs morning, breakfast wasn't refilled On the second morning, breakfast was refilled at 11:00am . A woman we didn't know came in without even knocking on the door (and she didn't give us milk anyway) 2) The flat is a ground floor, and the room smells strongly of humidity. This was weird considering it was very warm (and dry) outside. There were an army of worms outside (probably for the same reason as the humidity smell) 3) There is an air conditioning machines concert outside so don't bother to book if you have light sleep

Back patio open for use by guests, central location, easy access to Lecce centro storico.
The room has no windows, so was a little depressing!

Super central location. 2 min walk from old city center.
The breakfast was a plate with a few cookies that was left in the room from the night we arrived. So I wouldn't really call it a breakfast... Wifi does not work in the room that is outside the main building.

Great location to Downtown and views of the historic view of Lecce.
The bathroom was dirty. The breakfast wasn’t what we expected for the price we paid.
