Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to restaurants and shops. Many also highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, there are frequent complaints about the cleanliness, outdated and poorly maintained bathrooms, and small room sizes. Noise and lack of air conditioning are also mentioned as issues by several guests. Overall, while the location and service are strong positives, improvements are needed in cleanliness, bathroom facilities, and room comfort.
