Pros: Perfect location right in the city centre, a few steps to the lake and multitude of restaurants. Nice villa type acommodation. Lovely owners and staff. Will come again.

Pros: Great Location, Staff, Cleaniness, Design/Rooms. Stayed for 3 nights, 4 days, and we were able to see Lazise, take a boat to Garda, bus to Malcesine and go to Mount Baldo. The hotel and tourist info in Lazise town are very helpful, although rely on Google maps for bus times! You will save a lot of time. You can take the boat pretty much anywhere and its simple to do, just depends how much time you have. Breakfast was nice, good selection, we definitely took advantage of it. Staff were accommodating and greeted us everytime we came in and out of the hotel if they wern't busy. The second room had a great view, the picture shows my room which was next to my siblings on the side, they had the view of the pool, Lazise castle and the mountains in the distance. Just generally a great experience for first time in Italy. Also went to Verona after checking out and before flight back, nice city.

Cons: Standard pillows were uncomfortable, but the brown ones made it ok.

Pros: The staff were amazing,so kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was perfect. Location was so good,only a short 5 min walk to the centre. We couldn't have had a better time and will be returning soon!

Pros: We booked this property because our son was on a tour of Italy with the school band. We looked at all the other in lazise but kept coming back to this property and we loved it. Staff really friendly so friendly the owner came and watch our son play in his band.

Cons: When booking through the app it didn’t light high what flexible rooms meant. Is means you have to move rooms throughout your stay. But this didn’t stop us from having one of the best holidays we’ve every had. We got to stay in one of there best rooms which over looks lake Garda

Cons: The air conditioning switched off when the balcony door was opened. This meant that if one or both of us wanted to sit on the balcony, the room wouldn't be kept cool less someone shut the door behind anyone on the balcony. This kind of functionality should require the door to be able to be opened and shut (with key) from the balcony.

Pros: The property was very clean and everything was new and finished to a high standard. The service was excellent and very professional.

Cons: There was no iron available for guests neither in the room nor at the reception of the hotel

Pros: Just back home. Super clean, with quality remote controlled inverter air-conditioning during a heatwave was much appreciated. Location is an excellent hub for touring Lake Garda. As seasoned travellers, we choose 'Truly Genuine' to describe our hosts and the big heart they have for their place and each visitor they have. Keep it up and keep smiling.

Pros: We had a really pleasant stay at Villa Chiara, the owners are really friendly like everyone say. I especially liked the firm bed so I could really get some quality sleep. Room was very clean + you get small washing shampoo's to get you started. Breakfast is ok, some typical Italian cuisine like for example salami would be preferred as well as tomatoes, not the ones from Lidl. The parking is located across the property and it is free.

Cons: The TV screen format is really small, if you find yourself stuck in the room on a rainy day you wont be watching the TV longer than 15min.

Pros: We booked spa procedures 2 weeks before the trip via email. Very polite staff

Pros: The hotel is really nice in a great location, close to the center. Personal was very ill. During our stay we celebrated anniversaries in the hotel. The hotel prepared for us a surprise in the form of a bottle of prosecca. That was very nice.

Cons: I ordered a sports massage, because we went cycling 3 days a day. Spa by the pool is very pleasant. Unfortunately, the massage itself was more about stroking than sports massage.

Pros: The hotel was exceptional. Very clean and modern. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice. The location is a few minutes walk along the lake to Lazise. The pool, garden and sauna facilities were great.

Pros: Corte Valier was a surprise. Great staff, very spacious room with a modern design bathroom, beautiful breakfast area with variety of quality foods, and convenient free parking. The best part was the indoor swimming pool and 3 sections of sauna. Wow.

Pros: Location, facilities, cleanliness and atmosphere just perfect. Filomena in the BAR on the 4th of March was very accommodating and genuine. She made us feel very welcoming. Very wide offer at breakfast. One of the best I have ever come across.

Cons: Reception not very smiling and interactive. More training needed. I believe that a couple of staff we came across they might be new. However a standard when giving information or advising guests there must be. Senior staff was around and they should have got more involved to help. They tried their best. We asked for an iron and iron board, however we couldn't get one and were offered by HK to iron our shirts. This resulted in charges. That is ok, especially if it is not possible to have an iron in the room by law. But guest should be informed. Price for laundry were acceptable, but for the same in UK you get dry cleaning. Coffee and cappuccino at breakfast could be improved. This is just a constructive feedback. It is not a critic.

Pros: Extremely nice owners of the property, rich breakfast, very clean room, nice parking space. The owners welcomed our dog by setting her bowls :)

Cons: As I already told one of the owners, the additional bed should be a real, comfortable bed (as it was the double bed) and not sort of a rather uncomfy folding bed. This problem occurs at almost all facilities when we ask for triple room.

Pros: Very clean place not far away from the Lake. Our room was very big and also the Bathroom. Very friendly staff and simple, but delicious breakfast.

Cons: LCD is very small for the size of the room.

Pros: The hosts are very kind and were happy to receive us! They provided a lot of information about activities and places to visit in the surrounding area. They let us use their bike to visit a city close by and even gave one of us a free entrance ticket to the nearby aquapark to relax while the other two were out cycling! A very good breakfast was included and there were plenty of choices. The accommodation was very clean and our room was cleaned every day. After our stay the host brought us to the train station in Peschiera del Garda by car, free of charge! It saved us a lot of time because there was heavy traffic that day! Highly recommended!

Pros: Excellent living place for holiday, reasonable price, highly recommended. The bus stations is in front of the hotel, and only two stops from Gardaland Park, around ten minutes from Lazise (a very beautiful town near Garda lake). the staff is very nice and hospitality. The bedroom is clean, tidy, large and comfortable, also the bathroom. In short, it's a very good hotel for your holiday, Highly recommended!

Pros: The hot tub in the room was amazing, the location was fine as we had a car to travel to local towns.

Pros: The jacuzzi was big and easy to use. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean with lots of extras and the complimentary breakfast basket was a nice touch. Being able to use the thermal pool was amazing. Clean and well maintained. Super relaxing place.

Cons: The staff at the hotel were not very welcoming but luckily we were staying in the apartments and the ladies there were more helpful.

Pros: The hotel is in a walled park with beautiful old buildings, landscaping and specimen trees. It is an amazing setting, and then the hot water lake is wonderful. The room was comfortable and we slept well there. The breakfast was good, and the staff was pleasant and efficient. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros: We loved the location and the fact we could just walk to the thermal lake and around the property freely. Villa dei Cedri is a great place to visit for a spa break and we would recommend it!

Cons: The apartment we booked wasn't in great conditions and was really overpriced for what it offered. Also, even though the price was steep, apparently everything was 'extra' - robe rental, sun loungers, access to the wellness centre and so on.

Pros: we stayed in the flats and Its a beautiful place especially the thermal pools with late evenings swim the flat we had was big and spacious defiantly will come again !!!!

Cons: The parking- first we had trouble finding it and its quite a walk to the flats The cleaning service wasn't so great The shower is allocated in the big Jacuzzi so every time we had to empty the water so we can have a shower it wasn't so convenient especially with a baby

Pros: The swimming pool is large enough for all guests. There is a bufet next to it with very helpful lady. She prepares quick snack, drinks, coffee and you always get bonus (cakes to coffee...) which is very pleasant :-))) Rest place is fine for evening session with friends (only wine buy in a village, there is quite expensive!)

Pros: Nice rooms, good restaurant, friendly staff. Also great location inside grape plantations and in 5 mins from Lazise - cozy and not so crowded old town on Garda lake.

Cons: First of all it was very difficult to find the villa. VW navigation system (updates from Apr 2019) does not know this address and there is wrong GPS coords in the booking confirmation (45.30.53N 10.45.42E instead of actual 45.30.35N 10.45.27E). When we found the hotel no one met us. Another guest told us we have to find a room key on the table and after we had to try several rooms until one of them opened with this key. People walk with dogs and smoke on the children playground. Maybe it is ok in Italy, but I have not seen that in other hotels. The worst thing was when my son left some toys on the bed and they were thrown away during room cleaning... On my question (why?) I was answered we made a big mess in the room and they had to make the beds... So generally I can not recommend stay here with small children.

Pros: The camping site has everything you need to keep the children busy. Tennis courts and mini golf are excellent, well maintained though you have to pay extra for these. Swimming pool was good sized and the water slides were great, and the pool staff were very observant about security in the pool which is very very good especially with children. The market on site is well equipped. The restaurant serves good food and even in low season (april) it was difficult to find a spot for dinner as it was very busy. Enough parking spaces. There are two small pitches for football and is good to keep the children busy. The volleyball court was also good, though didnt use it. There is yoga/stretching classes.... and all this is just 5 mins from Gardaland. The kitchen is well equipped, there are also garden tables and chairs and a couple of lounge chairs.

Cons: The mattress, pillows and the blankets can be cleaner. It smelled odd and were mouldy which triggered my allergies.

Pros: I was so impressed with this hotel. We went as a family of 5 (all over 20 years old!) and stayed in a 2 bed apartment. The apartment was so spacious and airy, and beautifully cleaned. The beds were amazingly comfy and the curtains were very effective at keeping the light out, meaning a really good night's sleep. The staff were all very friendly and approachable - one of the waitresses at breakfast had memorised our coffee order by the second day, which was a lovely gesture. The breakfast was really impressive and had something there for everyone, including a member of our party who was gluten free! The little corner shop next door also had a good range of gluten free snacks, so we were very impressed again. Finally the pool area- this was lovely. We are used to staying in places where you have to fight for your spot by the pool - here there was a lounger for everyone! The ratio of people staying in the hotel to pool size was perfect, it never felt cramped or busy , even our noise-intolerant autistic family member was happy spending the day by the pool, in the shade from the beach umbrellas provided. If you want a proper swim swim, then the lake is only a 5 minute walk away - the beach there is definitely busier but I am sure for some people that is a good thing, so there is something for everyone. (While we were child free, the pool area and the hotel as a whole is definitely very child friendly too) Lazise, the local town was about a 5 minute walk away from the hotel and was a lovely old town - we ate somewhere new every night, and probably could have kept doing so for another month easily! The harbour and old town/ castle walls made for a lovely walk, improved only by gelato.

Cons: I just wish we could have stayed for longer - 4 nights wasn't nearly long enough to relax and explore. And (very minor detail) to have labels on the baked goods section at breakfast - these just need to be in Italian, we can translate but there were some very interesting cakes there and no way to know what they were! (Other than trying them of course!)
