Pros (+) I like the convenience of the room. Cleanliness of the room and the breakfast selection. The bathroom amenities we're great with the body wash, shampoo/conditioner.
Cons (-) I booked the room a month prior and upon arrival they couldn't find my name. Stated "no reservation", even with the confirmation number. After (2.5) hours of speaking with the front desk and then waiting to hear from the manager, they we're able to find us the room we requested in a reportedly booked hotel. In Las Vegas I wasn't a fan of spending $300.00 plus dollars when I originally had the room...
