I liked that the convention I was attending was at the Rio so I never left the property while there.
The place is showing its age, light fixtures in the room were old and wobbly and it just looked and felt very dated I had a suite. Carpet was stained in hallway and room in places.
The pool area was great, the rooms were clean and quiet, our housekeeping was great, good value
The wifi was a little wonky as watched programs on our laptop.
We didn't like having to walk through the casino to get to the pool. There should be a different access point that allows guests to enter the pool from the building they're in.
The moment we entered the room the bathroom smells. Like someone just used it but no one has gone to the bathroom
The reception took really good care of us and I didn’t expect to get n upgrade ! The price we paid, it was totally worth the $400! Thank you rio
I didn’t like the fact that the hotel is off the strip but that was the only down fall
