Spacious room and the view. The bed was comfortable and clean.
Having a coffee maker would have been nice.
We weren’t able to control the temperature inside our room and it was too hot to sleep. The pillows were too puffy and hurt my neck.
Buffet was awesome.
Windows need cleaning. Lots of water spots. More casual eating fare. Fridge in room for personal use. Complimentary water in room for price we are paying.
Parking was horrible. No signage, so no one seemed to know how to get anywhere.
Signage and training if employees
Luxurious
Too expensive
Room was comfy
I would rate this as a 1 star hotel because of below reasons- WiFi didn’t work and I had to use mobile data plan throughout the stay. There were issues with room key, reservation I would rate a holiday inn better than this so called 5 star hotel
I did not see a 40.00 per day deduction for the in hotel meals
Water could have been free and in room coffee, also there’s a fault 30.00 hotel charge not sure what is
The pool area is nice, the staff at the pool very nice s d attentive. However if you are accustomed to 5 star resorts, this is definitely a step down.
The entire place looks like the decor hasn’t been updated since 1987. Think Moonlighting meets Liberace. Then go prepared for huge crowds of people, longest lines at checkin and concierge....I was completely tricked by the photos online - the room looked completely different, the pool area was smaller than shown, and there is NO adults only/quiet area at the pool as stated. In fact all of the pools are in one big patio/courtyard area - rather than separated from each other like in other upscale resorts. Expect loud music blaring all day at the pool as well! All in all an ok experience once I got over the shock of the extremely dated decor and immense crowds.
Buffet dinner no way lives up to the hype. Very mediocre.
The beds were very comfortable, but generally the rooms were mediocre.
It’s not really a 5 star hotel. The rooms are a bit tired, although not horrible, just maybe 4 star quality. They nickel and dime you where ever they can. No coffee maker in the room, no safe, have to pay quite a bit to check out 2 hours later, and $18/day to park. Staff wasn’t very warm and the check in process was like trying to clear security at an airport. Smelled of smoke more than in most casinos.
Restaurant in the hotel was fabulous.
Have sections at the casino where is nobody smoking......
Well maintained high end property
Attention to details. Outstanding service. Cleanliness. Choice of restaurants.
Ongoing renovations
The casino, room, and the great atmosphere
I liked everything ! :) Loved the hotel

Smoke in the casino, decor beginning to be dated
Clean, smart, luxury hotel with a central location.
Certain bar staff were uninterested in the customers they were serving, on one occasion when asked for milk for tea, swung the fridge door open at such force it swung back on himself. The drinks were thrown down instead of being placed. A level of service not commensurate with this very nice hotel.
Sheer luxury combined with class.
Tips; tips; tips and more tips. Do the hotel pay for the services or do I?
Concierge service was superb. The quality of the food was excellent and the professionalism shown by the staff was second to none
Nothing
The room and the hotel decoration was amazing.
I did not like the room entertainment was very poor. Usually you get to see movies at not extra cost, however at the Bellagio it was a charge of 12 dollar per movie. Frankly, quite disappointed. Also, the restaurants were closed at 10 or 10:30, quite early if you want a late dinner after the show. The access to the spa was also at extra charge regardless if you were having treatment or not.
Staff was very helpful and courteous, location was perfect, pool area was well maintained and not too crowded. I also find Bellagio size to be just right, with enough different options of things to do but not overwhelming. I also liked that they had chairs and little tables scattered all around the hotel so that you can have your drink while people watching, just like you are in a cafe.
Plumbing in our bathroom was very noisy and would bother us during the night
i loved absolutely everything about this hotel, the staff were fantastic the whole place was amazing, i cannot recommend more!
