The restaurants, food quality, spa facilities were commendable.
Poor customer service, check in counter did not key in our payment for breakfast. Front counter did not have details of other bookings/arrangements we made prior to checking in, despite receiving email confirmation. Our hotel room peephole door was painted black so we could not see out, this was quite worrying. The closet door was damaged so we could not close it,meant that the closet light would be turned out through the night. There are times where we called the recep/room service and could not get through.
My room balcony door was open :- ground level garden on returning to the hotel . Reported to Duty Manager - new room , safer and better . Very well handled.
Bottled water should have been complementary . First time ever this has occurred. was not the case in any overseas hotel I have stayed in.
The actual resort is amazing, we went for a part ocean view room with a balcony and it was a treat to wake up to. They left a surprise cake in our room for my husbands birthday, which i want to thank the team for. The staff were always helpful and willing to help and made ypu feel safe. Will definately come back to this resort again.
There were no nearby decent restaurants. The only option was to eat at the resort or try the local food, which i didn' feel safe eating. This one restaurant we went to served us a gone off chicken dish, which was enough for us to put us off.
The view was beautiful. The hospitality of the staff when we arrived was amazing. Also, they have added little decorations as a congrats for our honeymoon with a heart shaped cake.
There was no water boiler in the room and the shower lights could be annoying for a sleeping person in the room. Also, breakfast is not included.
Multiple pool opportunities so you didn’t need to be with the teenagers playing ball or the families
Resort is very large and a bit impersonal. It is “tired” and could do with some updating.
