Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location and enjoyable breakfast options. However, cleanliness was a major concern for many, with several reports of dirty rooms, unclean bedding, and maintenance issues. While some guests found the beds comfortable, others described them as uncomfortable or broken. Overall, the positives centered on service, location, and breakfast, but significant improvements in cleanliness and room upkeep are needed.

Pros (+) Easy location
Cons (-) The room was not ready for check-in until 5:30pm After a long drive it was very disappointing. I think I should have received financial compensation (discount) on my stay for the delayed check-in. I didn’t have time to get ready for the event I was there In Lafayette to attend.
