Guests say
Guests were pleased with the friendly and welcoming service, as well as the spacious and comfortable rooms. However, there were several complaints about cleanliness, particularly regarding the bathrooms, spa, and pool areas, which were described as needing better maintenance. The comfort of the beds received mixed feedback, with some guests finding them comfortable and others noting they were old or uncomfortable. The pool and spa facilities were mentioned often, with opinions divided between them being enjoyable extras and in need of refurbishment. Overall, the hotel’s atmosphere and service stood out positively, but maintenance and cleanliness require attention.
