Great location and great service. I was staying with my family. We were very comfortable and had relax. Breakfast was delicious, too. I want to stay this hotel if I have a chance to visit Kyoto again.

Extremely tiny beds - cramped rooms
Nice lobby and facade
We had booked a room for two. The bed was what is called "full" in U.S.- adequate for 1 adult to sleep comfortably. Room and bathroom were tiny (even by Japanese standards) - looks nice outside in pictures. For the price, sure there are better hotels in Kyot

Had Public Bath Had Washing Machine Helpful Staff
2nd floor was loud when activities were going on. Our room was on the 2nd floor. Staff tried to help but couldn't move us as it was booked that night, but was helpful in calming down the residents a little.
