Pros: The hotel room was spacious, stuffs were nice, breakfast was awesome, roof top pool was small but comfortable.
Cons: Room bed was not clean as it supposed to be (weird dust was there when we just taken the room). Overall cleaning service is so so. Club launge facility was not upto the mark.

Cons: Location is not very good, need to transport everywhere really unless you don't mind dodging traffic for dinner. The wooden decking around the pools is in need of some maintenance as it is starting to lift and could be dangerous.

Pros: Breakfast outstanding. Different ethnicity food and variety of items to choose from. Friendly and polite front desk and staff. Clean facility and room. Refreshing cold drink on arrival. Provides tea/ coffee with cookies and cakes at tea time free of charge. Good size swimming pool with lounge chairs. Beach is across the road. Security personnel will stop traffic for you to cross the road. Lots of restaurants on the beach. However to go to town is not close or walkable. Wi-Fi is sporadic. Spacious room with unique bathroom that bedroom side wall is glass. For privacy you can close curtain. Electronic indicator for privacy or room cleaning out side of door.

Cons: Beach nearby incredibly dirty filled with litter, also in the water (bags, packaging floating around wrapping around your legs). Not the hotel's fault of course, but a major downside for Jimbaran. Also the choice of restaurants nearby quite poor.

Cons: Cleanliness,breakfast, food not covered and swarming with wasps. Drinks dispenser had over 20 and a risk of being stung. No money exchange at reception, beach at hotel was filthy,money taken from room safe.

Pros: The rooms are clean and modern with a lovely bathroom, ac, fridge and tv. Rooms were cleaned daily. The rooftop bar is a brilliant space, there is a lot of potential to make it into a thriving spot. It looks a bit derilict now bit is nice for a sunset beer. Good location as we had a car, 10 mins drive to airport. There is a street down the road that has a few places to eat.

Cons: The hotel is great, please update the cleanliness, in the common area (couches, floor, etc.) and on surfaces. I washed all surfaces when I arrived in the room as I felt it was dirty and it was indeed dirty. Staff said they sprayed and disinfected everything but some surfaces were not clean. Otherwise it's a great hotel!
