Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel’s friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, and pleasant pool area. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, as well as maintenance issues. Some guests found the hotel to be good value for the price, but recurring problems with hygiene and upkeep detracted from the overall experience. While service and location were generally appreciated, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness and maintenance to meet guest expectations.

I immediately sent an email asking for a refund since it had given me an error message and was denied. I will NEVER...
