Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near shops and restaurants, as well as the friendly and attentive staff. Many found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, with some mentioning good value for money and suitable family rooms. However, several guests raised concerns about cleanliness, musty odors, and maintenance issues in some rooms, such as leaking air conditioning, unpleasant smells, and slow water pressure. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was positive for many, especially due to the helpful staff and accessible location.
