Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions, public transport, and local amenities. Cleanliness was frequently highlighted, with many guests describing the rooms and apartments as spotless and well-maintained. The service and communication with staff, especially regarding check-in and assistance, were also appreciated. Some negative feedback focused on outdated furniture, dim lighting, weak WiFi, and issues with heating or hot water, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most guests.
