A small hotel ideally situated for sightseeing. Nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, parking at the door so to speak. Had a tremendous weekend.

Understated comfort and elegance; unobtrusive helpfulness of staff. Quiet, spotlessly clean. Generous and beautifully presented breakfast buffet, with excellent coffee.

Proximity to city center but without tourist traffic. Close to Wawel Castle. Close to Biala Rosa (an excellent restaurant!) Nice and private! Good base for exploring Krakow!
Thin walls separating rooms. Could hear conversations from adjoing rooms. Superior double had only one comfortable chair! SAmall breakfast room lead to traffic jams at buffet, never a hot entre for breakfast! Only single cup of coffee each day!! No elevator to second floor.

“Fantastic location, very close to city center but not on main street - silent area. Tram stop at the corner. Guarded parking. Staff is very friendly, helpful and speak great english. Tasty breakfast. Room is large and comfortable.”
“The location is great. Few minutes walk to the main square or to Wawel. There is a parking in front of the hotel - although quite expensive. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. The breakfast is served at the hour you declare and you have to decide the day before what you want to eat (the choice is good). Maybe the COVID19 introduced it?”
“Breakfast was prepared individually from a menu/list which we completed the day before - very happy with the food. Location was brilliant - so easy to walk into the magnificent square or Wawel Castle at the bottom of the road.”
“Very good breakfast. Usually a buffet but due to Covid items can be ordered the evening before and a time slot booked for breakfast or it can be delivered to the your room. Staff all very friendly, in particular Marcin at reception, who speaks impeccable English and gives some excellent tips on Kraków. The hotel is dog friendly and well worth a visit when visiting this great city.”
