I like the hotel design and the environment. Really relax and had good time around the hotel compound. Will come back in the future to relax with my loves one.
The room was spacious and comfortable with well equipped amenities
The people are fantastic ! The breakfast is great !
The beach is not the best, but regular boats to Hong Islands are available for guests
service and ceremony amazing, unforgettable even. breakfast exceptional, great keto and gluten free options. The staff area all incredibly courteous, their professionalism is on level with the greatest hotels in the world, but there is a closed quarters connection that forms within a resort, and Phulay Bay works this magically.
Perfection can be but a target and I write not to criticize, but to assist: No ice bucket in room unless asked for upon which it is promptly delivered, but in a big plastic bucket that quickens the ice cubes half life. albeit we were there in the hottest part of the year. No razors unless asked for, seems to be a trend in American owned properties these days - one subsists, of course. I play competitive table tennis and needed to warm up for my next game at the resort, the table they have there is not competition standard and i couldn't use it as I had hoped. the difference in price between their table and a real one is about 1/4 the cost of a single nights accommodation - I know table tennis is a niche sport but when everything else is at level 10, the level three table did stick out sorely, and I felt I let my team down with my preparation.
