Pros: The staff were very upstanding of the situation about the cockroaches and did apologise and did what they could. The hotel have the essential facilities, nice staff and good location.
Cons: Unfortunately, the first room we stayed in my husband had a cockroach from under his pillow. And then he found out they were coming from in between the mattress and the bed. Further he dragged the bed out and found 6 more. The staff gave us sprays to kill them, we asked to changed rooms. They changed us to a deluxe double where we found one dead cockroach too. My husband ended up putting that in the bin and the rest of the room was fine. We stayed only one night instead of two. The location of the hotel was hard to find, it's not very well sign posted. It's on the third floor within a shopping complex.

Cons: Difficult to locate on the first visit. Even google map will lead you scratching your head. Had to call up OYO customer support for direction.

Pros: I love the location because its near to convenience store,laundry bar,seafood restaurant,philipines market and waterfront. People around here also friendly..they love to help you find the location of hotel,upon arriving we are a bit lose and didnt expect our room was on 3rd floor in a big building which too many lane (path to hotel lift)..after the guide from staff and people around this area,we become expert..hahaha..im really enjoy upon my staying here.

Pros: The room is nice. Just nice. Small. The bathroom is clean. Just nice for budget hotel. Like the shower. Water is strong. They provide water station at reception counter. Well. The funny thing is. This zen room is also known as oyo storytell. We book the same otel with different name. But its the same hotel.

Cons: The hotel is quite hard to find. The hotel is inside shoplot on the 2nd floor. When u passby seafood shop look for elevator inside n go to 2nd floor.
