Pros (+) The price and the location were convenient, although it's not in the nicest or most scenic corner of Tanjung Aru. The staff were nice and helpful, and offered an airport shuttle.
Cons (-) The whole place is in need of updating. No elevator; rooms are stuffy, dingy, and cramped; there is no soundproofing, so you hear every plane arriving and departing KK airport.
