Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent and strategic location, making it easy to access city attractions, eateries, and public transport. However, there are mixed feelings about service and cleanliness, with some guests reporting unfriendly staff, unclean rooms, and maintenance issues such as non-functioning heaters and air conditioning. Room size is a common concern, as many found the rooms small and cramped, especially for families. Overall, the hotel is considered good value for money, particularly for solo travelers or backpackers, but may not be ideal for families or those seeking spacious accommodations.
