5.1 Okay
Pros: Nice upgraded suite
Cons: The concierge teams steers you to their drivers for taxis who are charging over 300% of the going rate They charged us for things we never had, like drinking at the bar (we don't drink alcohol so it's impossible) They informed us that breakfast was included and then charged us for it and said oh, it wasn't included at the end
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Special thanks to Guest relations manager Ms. Hafsa. She was with us during all our stay helping us with everything, making special surprises for our honeymoon and many other things! Big thanks!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service and staff
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Reception and restaurant staffs are pro. Bellboy Muhammed also so kind and helpfully
Cons: Location is constrıction area too many build up
6.3 Good
Pros: The hotel is modern up to date
Cons: Terribly dirty. Layers of dust all over. Room smelled of mold
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I loved the trendy decor in the room (black with lots of individual rooms). The view of Hassan mosque was impressive. The hotel service was great.
Cons: The breakfast selection was disappointing.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I like mostly the orange juice they serve
Cons: They need to put more options for breakfast buffet
6.3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The rooms and hotel getting old and dirty. It doesnt look like Sofitel
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very good
Cons: The breakfast buffets don’t have fresh vegetable s, you can order a salad but it take time... When we finish the soaps they didn’t put some new ones. And the floor was sticky.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff is very helpful and friendly. Bassma at the reception helped to solve some problems about late check out and payments. Thanks a lot, everything was done professionally and with a smile and respect!
Cons: Very dirty hotel. Rooms, swimming pools, bars... everything is dirty and dusty...i smoked a cigarette in the bar and next day when I came to smoke there again I found my cigarette and my tissue still there... nobody cleaned.. and it happens about everything... And needs refurbishment. It is located in the centre of the city but the area is very poor, dirty and with the market and constructions next to it. Actually I would never say it is 5 stars... Only the smiling faces of the staff make your staying a bit nicer. Thanks guys!

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff, very humble and profesional.
6.0 Good
Pros: The Breakfast was excellent with every taste considered
Cons: We arrived by hire car which we were charged to park £25 overnight only to find the tank was emptied of fuel, either driven/ or syphoned. Not impressed slightly dismayed to even write this with reference to a five star hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is simply perfect: amazing view and location, food so delicious, staff always caring, the room simply wow
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast
Cons: Some amenities in toilets needs maintenance

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The only one place to stay in Casablanca
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It had an amazing view from the breakfast balcony of the beach. Breakfast was also complete and had a wide range of food to choose from. The hotel room was immaculate (great amenities too) and the bed was absolutely the most comfortable and best bed I've ever had on any of my stays around the world.
Cons: The seating area for the afternoon by the lobby could have been wider with a wider range for those who don't smoke but wish to be outside to enjoy the outside air.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Luv this property! The staff are friendly and polite. They respond to all your needs. Can’ wait to come back. My husband and I had a wonderful experience!
Hôtel & Spa Le Doge - Casablanca - Bedroom

7.5 Good
Pros: Excellent spacious room and service
Cons: Poor breakfast. Not value for money
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved this unique and classic property. A great oasis in Casablanca. Close to the new town and medina.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The Art Deco interior and the roof terrace- very relaxing
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We had an excellent dinner and were treated like royalty by the very welcoming staff.
Cons: The lighting in the room was terrible.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Inside, all perfect
Cons: Outside, streets in the neighbourhood not very for walking ... no parking....
6.7 Good
Pros: We stayed in suite “Guitrey”. Good aircon. The on-site restaurant and lounge is very nice, as is the roof terrace area. They valet parked our car for us with no fuss and no charge, which was very helpful. All the staff were very good. Our room was quiet and the wifi worked well. Well located for a morning walk through the city centre to see the big mosque.
Cons: The outside terrace table was dirty with pidgeon droppings and feathers - really should be cleaned before guests arrive. Door to terrace did not lock (although there isn’t much concern as the terrace would be hard to access). The shower screen leaked water onto the floor, and the shower drain backed up so we almost had a much larger flood on our hands.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Feels like being in the movie of the art deco period. The staff, from the reception, to the restaurant, is the best possible. The hotel itself is an oasis of art deco luxury and comfort (the room had a great AC and velvet covered walls). The restaurant serves wonderful food, we had both dinner (Spanish sea bass!!) and Moroccan lunch (chicken almond pastry!). Keep in mind that alcohol is expensive over there. The one night stay in the hotel made our layover in Casablanca unforgettable. Unparralel hospitality. Cannot recommend enough!
Cons: Very deep bathtub (genuine) is really hard to get in and out of, not sure how shorter people used it.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed the room and the breakfast. The bed was queen sized and the linen was clean and very comfortable. The room also had a smart TV and robes with slippers. The bathroom was very large and had a shower and bathtub option as well as your usual toiletries. I think it was an old hotel but well kept but I think it was still a bit overpriced considering it's location and the fact that breakfast wasn't included. The breakfast was nice but the options weren't worth 180 dirhams, however I just got it anyway because it was convenient, which is what I think they depend on people doing. It was a nice way to quickly decompress from a two week trip before catching my flight back to the U.S.
Cons: It was near ish I think to a lot of things--not really the airport, that was a 45 minute drive--but the hotel concierge that was there on Sunday when I left told me that I could walk to the Hassan Mosque and train station from the hotel and while these were technically short walks I just ended up getting lost on both occasions and would've appreciated him just calling a taxi for me to get there instead. Being lost in another unfamiliar country is never a great thing especially when the estimate of distance for walking you were given is a bit off.
7.1 Good
Pros: The breakfast menu was extremely limited and basic I.e non-fresh supermarket bread, omelette with only tomatoes.
Cons: The main WiFi was down, so I had to use a staff one that only worked on my mobile devices. This prevented me from being able to work on my laptop, as this was a business trip it presented numerous issues for me to be able to work. For a hotel, a working wifi is as essential as hot water and clean sheets.
7.9 Good
Cons: Light in bathroom Closet was small
Melliber Appart Hotel - Casablanca - Building

7.5 Good
Pros: i liked the convenience because i travelled with my kids and having a kitchenette in the room was extremely useful. The room were big and conducive
Cons: My room was not cleaned everyday. Also some of the staff where not nice.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is fantastic, just a few minutes you can walk to the Hassan II Mosque.
Cons: About 1pm arrived at the hotel but the room was ready about 3:15pm. There will have lots of water in room when take shower.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel very close to the mosque, nice and clean rooms. Staff very kind. Great breakfast with a wide choice. Parking inside the hotel was a great plus!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were very nice and the staff was super helpful. We stayed on the night of our arrival to Morocco and our last night. It's location next the big mosque is perfect.
Cons: My only complaint is that you have to remove the room key from the power to the room when you get back which turns off the AC, so the rooms are very hot when you return.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I could see the Mosque from my room - walking distance to Rick’s cafe also - a must in Casablanca.
Cons: Not applicable.
5.8 Okay
Cons: The outside noise was non-existent, but some machinery inside the building were so loud during the night that we hardly slept. I was so upset that I measured, its been 63dB. Anything beyond 45 dB is hard to sleep, you would except a hotel to be below 35dB! Ah yea, I am a good sleeper and cant really be bothered, so this was extreme.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location is great. Our room has a view of the mosque. The city tax is lower than other hotels. The breakfast is good.
Cons: I wrote a special request of early check-in with exact arrival time a week ago, since it would be my first stop in Morocco after two days of flying and transferring. I got a reply saying it cannot be arranged but they will try their best if there’s room available, which I understand. However, when I arrived at 10 in the morning I found out they didn’t have a record of the early check-in request. Driss from the reception is very unhelpful, he said he would let me know my checkin time in a few minutes, and I wanted to wait at the reception for the few minutes (there are no other guests there at the time), but he insists I take a seat in the lounge or he will not help arrange early checkin and my checkin time would be 14:00. I believe this is pure threatening, he just didn’t want me to wait at the reception because the “a few minutes” thing is just perfunctory. Anyways I took a seat in the lounge and waited for 30 minutes, and nobody gave me any updates until I checked with the reception again and was told that my checkin time is an hour later. Very unpleasant experience and the first time I was threatened with late checkin by a hotel staff.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Of course the location is terrific, the view of the mosque is unbeatable. The room is large and the bed is comfortable. And the coffee shop across the street makes delicious Nas Nas. The staff is so friendly, you can tell they take their job seriously and they do a good job. I love the balcony, I will never book a hotel room without a balcony!
Cons: The only problem with this hotel is the bathroom. It is super tiny! But we knew that because this is the second time we stayed at this hotel. And on this trip specifically, we had an issue with the TV. Right away we noticed we didn't get the channels that we should have. We called the front desk they said they would come fix it in the morning, the next day we left and we were gone all day, but the TV had not been fixed. Called down again they sent somebody who after looking at it for about 5 or 10 minutes said it was normal. But we knew different because we had been there before and we weren't getting the channels it lists on the info in the room. Not a huge issue but it would have been nice to have.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice location. good staff. huge room space.
Cons: No way to be rated as 4 stars! should be 3 stars for the facilities provided. I have no idea but maybe that are the standard at Morocco.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is just few minutes walk from the HASSAN 2 mosque for our visit.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was so kind and very patient with all the different languages being spoken by guests. I speak English and a slight bit of Arabic a lot of times it can tricky to understand what’s being said. It was so comforting having locals being able to know exactly what I was saying. The staff was very accommodating to my needs and even held my bags after my checkout. I also had to return the day I checked out due to train transportation being down. The staff welcomed me back and were still so kind! The hotel is well kept, smells nice, and the cleaning ladies are so sweet! The hotel is in a good location being next to the mosque.
Cons: There isn’t a hot tub or pool but the Melliber is a Boutique hotel and I have never seen one with. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels in the U.S. over the past 3 years. This hotel is in my top chart for places I’ve stayed. I can’t honestly think of anything I was disappointed with.

Cons: Breakfast was not all the time fresh or variant , but they tried to their best to improve it when we notified them
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff .. More than excellent
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was nice, the view from the room was beautiful (the Atlantic Ocean and Hassan II mosque), the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom had everything I could need.
Cons: The price was high and didn’t include brekfast
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was excellent and the view was amazing. We booked a panoramic view room. We were very happy with the room when we first arrived. A free bottle of wine was a nice addition as well.
Cons: We were very disappointed in our inability to have a meal in the hotel restaurant. Upon arrival the check in staff mentioned the restaurant and we decided to eat there on our last night in Morocco as a special meal. The usher who took us to our room also mentioned the restaurant. However when we arrived at the restaurant that evening we were told there was a large booking and there were no tables available. We were very disappointed but were told that the bar upstairs offered the same menu and we could eat up there. The bar was noisy and definitely not the intimate atmosphere we were hoping for but we went up anyway. When we went to order food we were told that the menu was not the same and only a tapas style offering was available. More disappointment but we like tapas so we decided to stay. However neither of the first two items were available and when we asked what was available the waitress gave a vague indication of a few dishes. That was the final straw so we left. We ended up going to a nearby burger place called Blend. Not the romantic dinner we hoped for but it was very good. Two other issues were of concern, upon checking in we were told we didn’t have breakfast included, however when I checked our booking we did have breakfast included. We sorted it out but shouldn’t have had to. One other issue was that when I paid for the hotel they took out a lot more than the price of the room. I only recovered that later and when I queried the amount they stated that they take out more than the cost to and possible additional costs. The amount would be corrected on check out. I was fine with that but would have appreciated being told that at the time of checking in. Overall these experiences soured our stay at the hotel. We won’t be staying there again which was a shame as the hotel was lovely, the confusing and contradictory information provided has put us off.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Sky Bar
Cons: Strong Smoke odour in a non-smoking room
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Very spacious and comfortable room: I got upgraded so was certainly pleased. It's perhaps not quite at the level of the true 5* palaces in other countries but that would be a small gap, everything is perfectly fine and it's one of the rare places where the Internet functions well!
Cons: Breakfast too expensive. Just cross the road and get a proper local breakfast at a tenth of the price
4.0 Okay
Pros: I like location
Cons: Staff need training about customer service. I paid for Sky Deluxe Double Room With Panoramic City view , they give smoking room 302 with NO VIEW . I checked out 1am .
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff / Service Food / Room service Cleaning
Cons: Car park service
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I like the spacious room & the bed is very very very comfortable. I like the welcoming green tea & friendly staff.
Cons: The lighting in the room & bathroom was very low.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from the room is absolutely gorgeous. I also love their indoor pool and jacuzzi which is brilliant for pictures..
7.9 Good
Pros: The rooms are big and confortable
Cons: One of the rooms we got was smelling very bad, something like humidity and they could not remove it (aircond helped partially keeping the smell away). We woke up at night due to the bad smell. Very bad service at the breakfast, the staff does not take care of the customers, no more water bottles, no more glasses, no napkins, you have to ask and ask and ask to get things. A shame in such a nice hotel.
7.7 Good
Pros: Nice Hotel. Great Room.
Cons: Too much scent/perfum in the hallway, and especially in my room. Too much, too much!!!! At first I wondered if they were trying to hide cigarette smoke in my nonsmoking room - but that scent kept strong throughout my stay, it was really too much - and I am not sensitive to perfumes or deodorants. Headache inducing. Terrible. Milk/cream for the coffee machine would be nice.

7.0 Good
Pros: The driver from the train/airport and back to the airport early in the morning. He also made us coffees
Cons: Bedspreads stained. Need to be replaced. Shower didn't drain. Could hear cinder blocks or something for bed support. Towels had to be asked for...there were none. Maybe there were newer areas, but where we were seemed old motel like. We were only there to get a little sleep before flight, but my wife didn't even want to stay there for that much.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice staff, delicious breakfast and great dinner. Riad Hamdani is an excellent option for those who need to be near the airport in Casablanca, for whatever reason.
Cons: My husband said the pool had too much chlorine which burned his eyes, but that likely was just an oversight for that day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The folks who run the Riad made everything so easy. From the airport pickup to dinner to special requests, I felt like I was in very capable hands. I would recommend for both transit stays and longer stays.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: A place to hang towels and a place to hang clothes in the closet
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Most everything. Friendly staff. Good Food. Nice room.
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff were friendly and accommodating. (We arrived at 3:00 and they prepared a lunch for us; we had an early departure and they prepared an early breakfast).
Cons: Room was somewhat run down e.g.. wire hanging from light in bathroom. We never did locate the switch fr the bathroom light.
10.0 Excellent

Set in gardens with a large pool for relaxing. Very quiet atmosphere. Good sized bedroom (although a little dated), comfortable beds, clean. Very quiet area. I was sick and the owner tried so hard to make a variety of simple things I could eat.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Very large private suite with kitchen and laundry. Very Artsy frames and the coffee table added extra touch. We were here on our 10th day, perfect for winding down and relaxation. Staff were excellent. Very close proximity to the Anfa Mall. The mosque is probably 2 miles away cost 30 dirham for a taxi ride for 3. Center of Corniche is 5-10 minutes walk, but the walk is interesting as you will pass bars and restaurants along the way that serves alcoholic drinks, tapas, and seafood.

The location was perfect within walking distance of La Corniche and close proximity to a supermarket

Cons: Our stay was perfect, however, no shops or restaurants within walking distance.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room and bathroom was huge! Bed was super comfortable. Supermarket a 2 minute walk away which is always handy! The hotel wasn’t very central. However, I still managed to walk to the Hassan II mosque and main centre in around an hour. After a 23 hour flight I quite enjoyed the walk!
Cons: Staff were generally very helpful and kind. Special thanks to Hamza at the concierge. He was wonderful. One of the gentleman working at the reception wasn’t the friendliest. Which was disappointing as he appeared to be one of the managers. I left my bag in the storage the day I checked out. When coming back to collect it he was a bit rude and made it seem like a real effort to retrieve it. However, the lady he palmed me off too was very friendly and helpful.

And I raised the issue twice with the reception staff and got nothing.. everytime I came down there were bunch of them chatting loud with each other unprofessionaly... difinatly 2 star service 3 star overall bcs of the building

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable hotel with nice staff. The room was spacious and the bathroom was good. WiFi worked in the room.
Cons: The breakfast is not good value for money, not worth the price; there is little choice and the coffee is not good. The location is probably better suited for business travelers than for sightseeing; with all the traffic in the city, it takes too long to get to the coast.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: First of all I would like to express my gratitude to Mr Hasan and Mr Sofouane with their smart, quick and veeery much friendly approach. They are by far the best. As a frequent traveler I stayed in many other hotels around the world and in Morocco but this one is one of my favorites among all. I had one event and two stays in this hotel. Its close to airport, away from traffic but close to main highways and easy to travel to downtown, very tasty food, nice brealfast, pool, fitness, fast internet, clean rooms you will find everything satisfactory. Most importantly there is a great team dedicated to assist you. I will definately come back here and bring chocolates to hotel staff this time. Thank you so much for all your help!
Cons: Small pool, dark fitness room.
6.0 Good
Cons: Overbooked so they left us sitting in the reception area for an hour while we waited for transportation to their other hotel downtown. We had booked this hotel because it is about a 20 minute drive to the airport. The downtown hotel was 1 hour from the airport and $10 more on the cab ride. They did not compensate us at all for their overbooking, extra cost, our loss of time and inconvenience.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very clean, nice bathroom

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was great. The shower was excellent.
Cons: Bathroom flooded every time we showered
5.4 Okay
Pros: The staff and location. The woman at the reception is extremely helpful and very kind, she helped us with reservations for dinner, tips for sightseeing and bargained with the taxi as we left to the bus station. We got an "upgrade" to a bigger room, but it was very outdated and dusty. Location is ok, near different locations by taxi.
Cons: Pictures of the facilities and rooms are not accurate, as we saw are room, everything was very outdated and not properly maintained. The room was so dusty and the bathroom in our "upgraded" room was moldy and some things falling apart. Elevator is a MAJOR safety hazard. Breakfast is very standard. We got a hard-boiled egg, coffee, and an orange juice which was hard to differentiate between natural and processed.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was a comfortable stay.
Cons: Too small as a property with other facilities except breakfast. Too many mosquitoes in the room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff service... Took care of all our needs.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: We were upgraded to a pool room at no extra cost.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It's like all other Ibis. It keeps the good standard.
Cons: There wasn't negative points during the staying.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It is a very convenient location in Casablanca near the Casa Voyageurs railway station. We were travelling by train from Marrakech and it was easy to get off the train and just walk across to the hotel. The next day we were heading to the airport and once again, the location was great for quick access to the train. The facilities are comfortable and the dinner and breakfast were very good, in an area where there is not much else to choose from.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Checking in and out was efficient. The room and bathroom was clean and neat.
Cons: The restaurant let's the venue down seriously. It is inefficient with a poor selection on the menu and mediocre breakfast. I had a restless night with TV noise coming from a neighbouring room.
6.7 Good
Pros: The only reason to stay at this hotel is because of the convenient location next to the train station. It's clean.
Cons: Very overpriced. The room is tiny, the service at reception is not the greatest, and breakfast is pretty bleak.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Every thing is nice in ibis
Cons: I didnt get a small fridge and also they dont have footballs channels like bein sport or others where you can watch all games... The price they write in booking is différent from the one you pay at place. They should refuse me €40 but still now nothing...
7.5 Good
Pros: Friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Very convenient location to train station and tram. Rooms were rather on the small side.

Pros: Good location close to the attractive places near the beach nice and helpful staff
6.7 Good
Pros: - Friendly personnel
Cons: - City view rooms not comfortable (windows are not real stop noise) - No private beach - No daily water bottle ( hot summer time) - Limited swimming pool towel - Very expensive breakfast 12€ per person with limited choice
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant in the hotel is a bit on the more expensive side, but very delicious food! recommend the calamari :) The pool was nice and refreshing, as the beaches in Casablanca are surf beaches, not much chance to swim around and cool off.
Cons: The club below the hotel was very weird. Tables and chairs all over (no dance space), and yet music so loud you can't hear yourself. Also, the most expensive drinks I've seen in all Morocco. Apart from the club, the hotel leaves nothing to complain about!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel, very nice decoration, good location! Good breakfast.
Cons: Wi fi bad...!!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was spacious, but couch did not open up as a sofa bed. Maybe it should. I pity the 3rd person if you're with a party of 3..unless it's a child.
Cons: The bathroom didn't have hooks to hang our towels. It didn't have an exhaust or a window. The servers at the restaurant and the front desk were not too friendly, not rude either. But the bellhop and doormen were superb.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Quite big room for the price we paid Friendly staff
Cons: Bit over charged for the drinks by the pool
7.9 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Renovation is required.
5.4 Okay
Cons: too noisy due to ceramic floors and you hear doors banging all day yes its next to the beach, but its a public beach and its very crowed
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Close to the beach
Cons: Our stay was really average. Our shower did not work: it was either boiling or freezing. When we reported this, a technician was sent but the issue was resolved. Sayed at the front desk was very rude when I said the issue wasn’t resolved and despite promising us a better room, subsequently ignored us afterwards. Our Airconditioning also did not work adequately but we actually gave up since we were not taken seriously on the issue of the faulty shower. The food is also really expensive and really average. I’d avoid this hotel if possible as it is not value for money!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The decor! Value for money

Cons: Room size is small
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing I had.
Cons: No complimentary water for guest, no feed back although I requested for one more shampoo. Only bed I could see in your honorable hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect if you have a meeting in the nearshore office park. You can walk to any office from the park, so can't be better. Value for money is very good. Typical Ibis room, means no luxury, but for working it does the job. It is quiet, clean and for the small money is perfect. Can't ask for more. Breakfast is quiet good. Staff is very friendly.
Cons: Nothing really. Just note that if you like to visit downtown for some small turism or just have dinner our, you need to take a taxi (around 10 euros each way).
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff what attracted me. When my son and I arrived, we were very tired. We met abdulsamad, the night person. He was very friendly and welcoming. Right there, most of our stress was gone. At 5 AM, the phone rang to wake us up as requested. To us that was job well done.

Pros: Amazingly comfy. Big room, comfy bed, great shower, good wifi. Lots of english channels on tv. That was a plus. Location excellent. Gym well equipped. Gorgeous pool. Staff very accomodating. Loved that they provided more than enough bottled water.
Cons: The only complaint about the room is the tiny closet for the toilet. Very claustrophobic. Even though i was on the 10 th floor the street noise was annoying.

Pros: I’m on my trip in Morocco and stayed for two nights in Hyatt Regency.Service in this hotel is very nice.I appreciate Hamdi who told me how to got to my destination very helpfully.people are so nice here.Everybody should come to Morocco.

4.6 Okay
Pros: The room is clean and confortable
Cons: Very bad service, valet parking not available all the time, staff don’t give you accurate information specially the spa, pool toilets not clean and broken, breakfast disappointing, basically it’s a 2 star hotel
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location with super cozy rooms - top american grade hotel experience in Morocco.
Cons: DO NOT USE THE HOTEL ATM! They told us that there was no extra charge for the ATM in the hotel - that was not true (we paid 30 MAD to withdraw 200 MAD). The bathroom and toilet were separated, you have to walk from one to the other.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We decided to have breakfast downstairs instead of in the launch as there was more variety.
Cons: We had a executive suite and access to the lounge/club area however decided to have breakfast downstairs since the variety ( understandable) was greater there. What was less pleasant was that downstairs we had to sign for the breakfast although it was included in the room rate and the bill we had to sign at the breakfast area did not state that we would not be charged if breakfast was included !! For this reason I wrote a comment on the bill at breakfast that they should not charge it............however.......yes....... when checking out they did list it on the bill and of course when I complained they immediately took it of. Nevertheless I asked to please get the signed bill and read me what I had stated on the bill......... I also explained that since on the breakfast bill it is not mentioned that they will not charge you, you are required to sign that you have had breakfast there and the amount they will charge you. Even though at the breakfast area the explained VERBALLY that we would not be charged, that piece of paper is a signed document and by law, anyone who has signed it cannot claim anything then that they must pay for it. You may want to change this and since I had already had a small discussion about it at the breakfast area, made the comment in writing on the bill, they should have assured themselves that it would not be listed on my checkout bill.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Price to high....rooms small

Pros: The room was very big, comfortable and clean. It was located very close to Old Medina & other places, cafes & restaurants. Breakfast was ok, there werent a lot of variety but still delicious.
Cons: The only problem was that the internet was really slow when you were in the room. At the lobby, it worked perfectly.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The location.
Cons: Your staff!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was well presented and rooms were quite spacious. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large. There was plenty of hot water and all the usual amenities. Especially appreciated the long shelf/bench in the room for suitcases etc. The dining room was spacious with an excellent selection from fruit to cooked options. Service was pleasant. The room was very clean with good linen on the bed. Our cleaner Bouchia was efficient, friendly and polite. Conveniently located for exploring, our stay was excellent.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location from airport & proximity to major attractions in Casablanca. We were able to walk to see various sights & very interesting period architecture. Plenty of choice for eating out, while not fine dinning great cafes & bakeries close by. Staff very friendly and professional, especially Bouchra, who cleaned our room 704. Such a welcoming lady, who made sure everything was perfect, thank you. Beds & bathroom are excellent, along with no disturbance from the street, so a very enjoyable stay.
Cons: Breakfast offerings varied from day to day, with sometimes less fresh fruit. Coffee improved once the fully automated machine was provided.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location and good facilities in room. 24 hour front desk.,
Cons: Difficult to locate exact location because of highly placed signage outside and no street level signage.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is 7mins from CTM by taxi. We checked-in the hotel late at night so the room service was quite useful and yummy. And also it's 15mins to Gare de Casa Port by foot so we think this hotel was the best for our transit before flight from Casablanca. The room was big enough with stairs inside, the bedroom and bathroom at the 2nd floor. All equipment was in good condition and comfortable. Staffs were very nice especially the lady at front desk was very kind and friendly.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel's location is perfect - walking distance to the mosque, seafront and the old town. The hotel itself is good but less than 4* European standards. The bed was comfortable, facilities adequate and the air conditioning worked well. The staff are all well mannered and helpful. The hotel takes cards. The check-in and out was swift. Breakfast was adequate and plenty to choose from. Definitely worth the price.
Cons: The smell of cigarettes is everywhere, even the bedding smelled.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Staff and big room size, centrally located in Casablanca. definitely recommend it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean, spacious. Value for money
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was huge with many choices of western and Moroccan foods. Waiters are very nice. The room was large with good hot water, and the internet was fairly fast for Morocco. The hotel is within walking distance of the twin towers (with the 28th floor bar and view), and the Sqala/Medina area and very close to my fave salon called Carita. At dinner in the restaurant, I ordered Chicken B'stilla which was the absolute BEST I have had! It's a favorite that I order a lot, but theirs was the crispest with loads of crunchy almonds among the chicken--delicious! The young Concierge was very helpful with maps and advice on walking the area.
Cons: The guys outside did not want to cooperate in finding me a taxi to another part of the city. They were not interested in helping me and the doorman was not supporting me to get a taxi either.
7.1 Good
Pros: Included parking in front of hotel.
Cons: Ordinary hotel. Breakfast. This is a « transit » hotel.
6.7 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable.
Cons: The staff was a little mixed. Some were helpful and friendly while others were not. The location was not the best. Fortunately we had only one night.

Cons: The staff were aggressive and unhelpful in the reception .the breakfast cold and unappetising.tried to organise wheelchair got airport to no avail couldn’t change money as unavailable
6.3 Good
Pros: Check in was quick and staff were friendly. Room was big but very plain and tired. Bed was comfortable but it had no top sheet, just the comforter.
Cons: The hallways were really old, carpet stained. Wifi didn’t work in room 501 and while the bathroom was large it was very institutional and the shower design meant the floor was flooded after showering. Towels were kind of grey and as good as you would get in a second rate gym. This is a tour company hotel with many tour groups staying. Overall it was expensive considering the quality.
7.5 Good

Pros: Not much to like about this place. The kitchen staff were pleasant.
Cons: Pretty much everything was not a very good standard.

Cons: We were given a different room than the one we booked. Upon asking why is the room not the same, the person politely replied "it's marketing. Rooms are not the same as advertised". We then were given the room which looked close to what we booked for. The place looked a bit dated for a 4 star hotel.
