Pros: perfect staff, from anthony the manager and lexon his helper. we got/left late at night and it was comfortable. i reccomand everyone to book here, was here twice and was great as last time, rooms are clean and with hot water

Pros: Big, clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Roof space to dry clothes too. 10 minute walk to Chinese fishing nets and restaurants - pizza italia we can highly recommend for food and coffee.
Cons: The room was stifling hot during the day, even with the fan on however, the room cooled enough with the fan during the night and we slept well.

Pros: The place is very central and everything is reachable in 10 minutes walking. The people working there were very nice!
Cons: We had 3 rooms on the ground floow and 1 room "deluxe" in the first floor. The rooms on the ground floor were a bit dirty (one of the beds really smelled badly) and one of the showers was broken, while the room on the first floor was very good. I would recommend to take the a bit more expensive rooms and maybe have a look at them before choosing.

Pros: The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, informative, kind and warm. The rooms were spotless and well-proportioned, the beds comfortable. The interior decor was meticulously assembled displaying gorgeous art throughout. Every room was decorated differently using local materials. The roof pool and patio were the perfect place for the family to swim and relax. The food was delicious and the location was great for walking to all the sites. I have my own Airbnb so I know how hard it is to keep everything perfect; this was perfect.

Cons: The breakfast scene could be improved. Coffee and tea should come first and in a reasonable amount of time. Toast should be served with the eggs at the very same time. Not after the meal is finished.

Cons: cannot open curtain because of privacy issues with neighboring house. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. small TV screen with very minimal channels. The choices for breakfast was very minimal however the served food was good. Overpriced.

Cons: Our first room had loads of mosquitos - after killing at least 40, they gave us a new room (which was fine) - thank you for doing that we really appreciated it. Hopefully it’s been sorted since our stay, which was overall lovely.

Staff are courteous and professional. If you like old hotels with period furniture, the Koder House is deserving of your consideration. Staff arranged local transportation. The hotel is clean.

Cons: If you are given the room on the ground floor , ask who lives above you. Hopefully, there will be no ignorant guests who thinks everyone should like their favourite sound track and thinks that running kids at 6.30 adds to the charm of the immersion in the local habitat. Hotel staff was helpless on that.

Cons: So many light switches - interesting, but confusing. No hot water kettle. The swimming pool is small but still pleasant for a cooling dip - you do have to parade through the restaurant to reach it.
