Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the delicious breakfast options, particularly the Japanese-style meals. Some rooms are noted for being spacious and comfortable, especially those that have been renovated. However, many reviews mention that the hotel is old, with issues related to cleanliness, such as dust, odors, and unclean facilities. Amenities such as WiFi, vending machines, and room supplies are sometimes lacking or inconvenient. Overall, the positive service and breakfast experiences stand out, but the aging facilities and cleanliness concerns are recurring negatives.
